Locals Only Loyalty Program Disclaimer
Participation in the Locals Only Loyalty Program is subject to eligibility requirements and ongoing compliance. To apply for and remain active in the program, customers must:

Maintain an active Local Herb customer account

Be opted in to receive text and email communications

Download the Local Herb mobile app and show proof in person

Leave a Google review and a Leafly review and show proof in person

Follow Local Herb on Instagram and actively engage (follow and like or repost)

Refer at least one friend

Visit Local Herb at least once per month

Spend a minimum of $250 per month
In return, you will receive a full shelf discount on the best flower in Portland. This means Limited will be top price, Top will be mid price, Mid will be sale price, and Sale will be last call price.
If a participant is enrolled in a Senior or Industry Membership, Locals Only discounts will override and replace those discounts and may not be combined.
Failure to meet these requirements may result in removal from the program at Local Herb’s discretion.
This program is not permanent and does not currently have a set end date. Local Herb reserves the right to modify or end the program at any time. Participation is non-transferable and benefits are not guaranteed.
By filling out this form, you acknowledge and understand that participation is subject to these terms and requirements. We will reach out within approximately one week or less to approve or deny your application.
